This 36" Little Top Clown Animated Halloween Decoration has matted red hair and putrid decomposing teeth that open and close with every word and is set on a sturdy solid metal stand that is not easily tipped over. His hands and head move side to side, as a variety of phrases bellow from this disturbed clown.
Clothed in a stained clown suit that highlights his abhorrent appearance.! His Arms Wave back and forth, his Head with Yellow Light-up Eyes Turns, and his wide colorful Mouth Moves while he Speaks 4 different Phrases:
Saying #1: " Step right up kiddies, we've got the craziest place in town right here hahaha"
Saying #2: " You do like the circus, don't you? You better like clowns otherwise I might just go Craazzzy! "
